jPhone is a tiny, free utility for Windows which allows you to access the files on an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. jPhone has no dependence on iTunes or any components of iTunes. Instead, it speaks directly with the device via USB, and exposes the normally-hidden filesystem containing your music, videos, photos, etc.
After mounting your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad, it will show up as a hard drive in Windows, and it can be accessed just like any other drive (through Windows Explorer, etc.).
